When your supporters dine or drink at Sidelines and present your organization’s Donation Ticket on the scheduled date & time, 10% (if your organization’s sales total is less than $1,500), or 15% (if sales totals are greater than $1,500) of their check (excluding tax and tip) will be donated back to your organization. We provide you with custom Donation Tickets and you are responsible for photocopying the tickets, promoting the event, and distributing the tickets. (Tickets cannot be handed out at Sidelines or within the perimeters of its parking area on the day of the fundraiser)
We typically book our fundraisers Monday-Thursday afternoons or evenings, Friday & Saturday afternoons. *Sundays only during non football season*
I understand that by submitting this form, I am requesting that someone contact me to discuss a fundraising opportunity. I further understand that by returning this form, Sidelines Sports Bar is under no obligation to hold the fundraiser. If we agree to schedule a fundraiser, the organization that I represent will not hand out Donation Tickets on the premises or in the parking lot on the day of the event. Doing so will result in immediate cancellation of the event. I grant permission to Sidelines to use my organization’s name and donation amount from the above event in response to media inquiries.
